ArtsEngage is an arts consulting partnership designed to help groups and individuals tell their stories through the arts, and to offer training to teachers and teaching artists in designing units of study and lesson employing arts integration.

Founded by Musician David Crowe and Writer/Educator Susan Miville, ArtsEngage specializes in new, creative approaches to community engagement and education.

People of all cultures have always defined themselves through the arts. The creative impulse is a basic part of human nature, not reserved for a special group of artists, poets, inventors, scientists or madmen. As children we know this intuitively; it is called playing.

ArtsEngage trains communities, businesses, educational institutions, cultural organizations and other groups to apply the creative process to help them attain understanding of history and culture, to advance engaged learning, and to meet educational and business objectives.
